Renee Carlineo

Renee Carlineo joined the Bengals' athletics staff in 2008 as an assistant with the women's lacrosse and as the athletic department's primary strength and conditioning coach. In 2011, she became the athletics event manager in addition to retaining her strength and conditioning responsibilities.  She is also continuing to serve as a volunteer coach with the women's lacrosse program.

Prior to Buffalo State, she spent three seasons as the head girls lacrosse coach at Corning West High School and has also served as the coach of the Corning Skyhawks U-14 team. She also served as a graduate assistant lacrosse coach with Ithaca College, and also worked with the Queensland Developmental Youth Lacrosse Program in Australia. Her playing experience includes two years as a captain, goalie and Academic All-American at Corning East High School. She also had stints with Penn State and Ithaca College, and played with the Griffith Club Team in Australia.

Carlineo has a bachelor's in sport psychology with minors in coaching and applied exercise science and a master's in sport and exercise science - sport psychology, both from Ithaca. An NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), she is also a member of the Association for the Advancement of Applied Sport Psychology (AAASP). She currently resides in Buffalo and teaches kinesiology in Buffalo State's coaching minor.
