-Captained the 1967 varsity basketball to the college’s first-ever NCAA tournament bid.

- Bluman averaged 8.4ppg in three seasons as guard.

-He was presented as the Coyer award winner in 1967 as Outstanding Senior Athlete.

-He was also given All SUNYAC honors for basketball in 1966 and 1967.
