-Donald was appointed assistant basketball and soccer coach in 1963.

-He became head basketball coach from 1970-1972, winning two SUNYAC Championships.

-He was varsity golf coach from 1972-1988 earning a fourth place finish in the 1987 New York State ECAC Championships.

-He also assisted Dr. Gail Malony in the development of the women’s basketball program in the early 1980s.
