-Harris was a four-time All American for Buffalo State.
 
-He was a two-time 400 meter SUNYAC indoor champ and two-time 500 meter New York State indoor champ.
 
-He was the outdoor SUNYAC champ in the 400 meter and New York State champ in the 500 meter as well as 400 meter.
 
-Ed Harris led Buffalo State in the 4x400 meter relay to the NCAA Division III championship in 1983.
