1960-1996
- Physical Education Instructor, Assistant Athletic Director, Men’s Soccer and Baseball Coach at Buffalo State College in 1960.
- Throughout his 36 years at BSC, he also served as Golf Coach, Women’s Bowling Coach, Sports Information Director, and was named Director of Athletics in 1985.
- During his 22 year soccer coaching career, he developed 14 All-Americans, 50 All-NYS players, and posted a record of 150-108-24, with National Tournament appearances.
- During his 9 years as Baseball Coach at BSC, he coached 2 All-Americans and led the team in 2 appearances in the National Tournament in the 1960s.
- During his directorship, BSC Athletics gained an air supported “bubble” structure that was in use from 1986-1994; the new Sports Arena and Ice Rink, which opened in 1991; and a mandatory Athletics fee in 1993 that provided a stable funding source and also expanded opportunities for women’s sports.
