1964-1968 

- He played Freshman basketball in 1964 and then started for 3 years on varsity teams that went undefeated against SUNYAC opponents. 

- As a senior tri-captain, he was named to the SUNYAC All Star team. 

- He led SUNYAC in free throw percentage that year. 

- He was awarded the MVP trophy and All-Tournament Team honors at the NCAA Divisional Championships.
