1981-1983
- At BSC, she played two years of Varsity Basketball and Softball and was named to the All-SUNYAC Team in each sport both years.
- O’Callaghan led her basketball team to a combined 41-11 record.
- She was named to the NCAA All-Region Tournament Team in 1986 and ECAC Division III Upstate New York All-Star Team.
- Karen O’Callaghan averaged 12.4ppg and 9.4rpg during her career.
- Established college records in field goal percentage, rebounding, and assists during her basketball career.
- She starred on State’s first-ever SUNYAC Championship Softball team in 1984-1985 season.
- In 1986, Karen won the Lady Bengal Award.
