-Ron Taylor was a four year varsity swimmer for Buffalo State.

-He was SUNYAC champion in the 200 free twice and the 500 free.

-Ron was a member of the conference champion 800 free relay team three years in a row.

-Taylor anchored the record-breaking 400 free relay in the 1975 SUNYAC meet.
