  • Two-time National Champion by winning the 100- and 200-meter dashes at the 2007 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships
  • Was a three-time SUNYAC Indoor champion that year by winning the 100 and 200 as well as the 4 x 100 relay
  • Was named SUNYAC Track Athlete of the Meet for his efforts
  • All-American during the 2007 indoor season when he placed 4th in the 55-meter dash at the NCAA Championships 
  • Was SUNYAC champion at the 2007 indoor meet by winning the 200-meter dash, and earned All-SUNYAC second-team honors in the 55-meter dash
  • Two-time SUNYAC champion during the 2009 outdoor season by winning the 100 and 200, qualifying for the NCAA Championships in the 100
  • Played 2 seasons for the football Bengals and finished the 2009 season with 607 yards and on 131 carries (4.6 yards per carry) and scored 10 touchdowns
  • Recipient of the prestigious Hube Coyer Award her senior year for career accomplishments at Buffalo State
  • Was named to the Boys Track and Field All-Decade Team (2000’s) by ESPN as a member of the 4 x 100 relay team from Houston, Texas
  • Won a silver medal at the 2001 World Youth Championships in Hungary.
  • Earned a bronze medal in the 100 at the 2002 World Junior Championships in Kingston, Jamaica and anchored the winning 4 x 100 U.S. team with a world-record time of 38.92 and beating the Jamaican team anchored by Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt
