The sophomore communication major averaged a double-double (20.7 points and 10.7 rebounds) and shot an astounding 79-percent from the field, helping the Bengals to three wins in the week, pushing the teams winning streak to eight. Mitchell had 21 points and 13 rebounds in an overtime win against Plattsburgh on Friday. After losing a tooth earlier in the game, he came back to make the game-winning layup with just four seconds remaining in overtime.
