Media and Photo Coverage
Any media members who wish to cover athletic events at Buffalo State must be requested through the Sports Information Office a minimum of a week prior to the day of competition. Media passes will be available upon request to provide facility access to an accredited agency's employee who has a legitimate working function (media or game service) in connection to Buffalo State athletics. Media passes are nontransferable. Media wishing to cover Buffalo State teams on the road must contact the host sports information office for credentials.
Pursuant to NCAA regulations, the field level and/or "sideline" area is strictly reserved for players, coaches and for those who are performing a service associated with action on the field of play and for administration of the game. Pursuant to NCAA regulations, members of the general public are not permitted at field level or on the playing field at any time. Buffalo State reserves the right to remove any individuals from the sideline or field level that are not in possession of a valid credential.
Interview Requests
All game day and non-game day interviews pertaining to any Buffalo State student-athlete, coach or administrator must be requested through the Sports Information Office. A member of the Sports Information office will then coordinate accordingly with the requested individual. Please note, while all efforts will be made to accommodate reasonable requests, we reserve the right for individuals to refuse per their own discretion. When making a request to interview a student-athlete, please be aware that academics are priority when scheduling an appropriate date and time for the interview.Â

Visiting Radio/Video
Visiting radio stations and video crews should contact the Sports Information Office regarding broadcast arrangements at least one week in advance. Coyer Field, Sports Arena and the Ice Arena have adequate wireless internet, hard wired internet and phone lines available upon request. Please alert the Sports Information Office as to what your needs are when attending an event at Buffalo State.Â
Statistical Services
All media will be given a copy of the contest's official program and game notes prior to the contest. Hard copies of final box score/statistics for certain events are also available upon request.Â
