The senior computer information systems major closed out his career in style, earning three All-America certificates at the NCAA Disivion III Outdoor Track & Field Championships.  Mateen was fifth in the 100-meter dash (10.96), sixth in the 200-meter dash (22.31), and anchored the 4x100-meter relay that placed second (41.04).
