The junior communication major helped lead nationally-ranked Buffalo State to a tournament title at Catholic University.  He averaged 18.0 points in the two victories, including matching a career-high with 27 points in the 82-81 championship game victory over the host Cardinals.  Mitchell was named the MVP of the tournament.
