The freshman became the first Bengal to earn All-Region status since 2003, placing third of 297 runners at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regionals on Saturday.   Ngabo navigated the 8K course in a school-record time of 25:08, and earned selection into this Saturday's NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, IN.  Ngabo will look to become Buffalo State's first cross country All-American since 1976.
