The senior guard earned the honor for the second-consecutive week as he helped lead the Bengals to a pair of wins in Miami, Fla.  Simmons netted 19 points, including 16 in the second half in a tight win over Eastern Connecticut, and then tallied 31 points in a convincing victory against Coe.
