The criminal justice major became the first Buffalo State swimming and diving athlete on the men’s side to capture an individual SUNYAC title in any event since Chris Miller swept the diving events in 2001, winning the 1-meter dive. Fleet was in fifth position after prelims, more than 37 points behind the leader and more than 31 points out of fourth place. He claimed the title by 1.40 points, totaling 501.05. He also earned third place in the 3-meter competition.
