The sophomore individualized studies major was a two-time SUNYAC Champion this past weekend.  Holmes sprinted to victory in the 400-meter hurdles with the 24th-fastest time in DIII this season, clocking 1:03.49.  She also ran a leg of the title-winning 4x400-meter relay that had a time of 3:55.17, and was part of the runner-up 4x100-meter relay that posted a time of 48.20.
