The senior guard majoring in communication was named the MVP of the Montclair State Team Hill Holiday Classic, playing in his first games as a Bengal since 2011 when he was a first team All-SUNYAC selection.  Cartwright averaged 19.0 points and 3.0 assists-per-game in the tourney.  He netted 17 points to go with four assists and three steals in an 78-64 win over Penn State Mont Alto on Saturday, and then poured in 21 points, including six 3-pointers in the 85-80 victory against Montclair on Sunday.
