The senior electrical engineering major averaged 16.5 points and nine rebounds in a pair of Bengal victories in Miami, Fla.  Smith had 15 points and eight boards in a 76-68 win over Eastern Connecticut State, and then netted 18 points to go with 10 rebounds in a 72-65 win over Alvernia.  Smith needs just 14 points for 1,000 for his career.
