Lyons, a senior health and wellness major, sprinted to her first individual SUNYAC Championship, winning the 400-meter dash with the 10th-fastest time in Division III this season, clocking 57.46 seconds.  Her winning time was 1.53 seconds faster than her closest competitor.  Lyons also crossed fourth in the 200-meter dash (26.21) and ran a leg of the All-SUNYAC second team 4x400-meter relay that finished second (3:59.19).
