The sophomore averaged 12.5 points and 7.8 rebounds per game, adding a team-leading 14 steals and three blocked shots. Against Potsdam Tuesday afternoon, Cornfield tallied a 15-point, 10-rebound double-double, including a key 3-pointer as the Bengals defeated the Bears 56-51. Against Plattsburgh the next day, the Gowanda native added 17 points, three steals, and two blocked shots in a winning effort. She finished the weekend with nine points, five steals, and five rebounds at Potsdam Sunday.
