Laster performed well in her first SUNYAC Championship meet, finishing third in the 60-meter final, earning a personal record with a time of 8.02 seconds. That time also qualifies her for the upcoming NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships, which will be held in Rochester next Friday. She also finished 12th in the 200-meter event with a time of 27.04.
