Heil, a sophomore fashion merchandising major, had a career meet as she helped lead the Bengal women at SUNYAC Championsips. Heil took third in both the 50 (24.19) and 100 free and finished 11th in the 200 free with a time of 1:58.56. Her time of 52.12 at finals in the 100 free broke the previous school of 52.82 set by Kaitlin Mergler. Heil also anchored the school-record breaking 200 medley relay with a 23.77 free leg and a fifth place finish. She was also part of the fifth place finishing 200 and 400 free relays, and sixth place finishing 400 medley relay. Heil also received third team All-SUNYAC in both the 50 and 100 free
