Parsons, a junior environmental geography major, had a strong weekend to help the Bengals secure a playoff berth after two wins against Oswego State. On Thursday against Cortland, Parsons was 3-5 with three singles in the effort. On Friday against Oswego State, Parsons was 4-7 with a home run, four RBIs, and four runs scored. On the year, Parsons is slashing .446/.494/.608 with two homers, 22 RBIs, and 10 runs scored. Parsons currently sits fourth in the SUNYAC in batting average and sixth in slugging percentage.
