Cornfield, a junior individualized studies major, had a pair of strong performances this past weekend in the annual Buffalo State Betty Abgott Tournament. In the Friday win against SUNY Poly, Cornfield led the Bengals with 15 points while also tallying four rebounds, an assist, and a block. In Sunday's effort against Elmira, Cornfield led the Bengals on offense again with 13 points while also contributing eight rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and a steal.
