Stang, a freshman mechanical engineering major, had a dominant week for the Bengals setting a program record for assists in a match as well as pacing Buffalo State in their Inaugural Bengal Invite. In Tuesday's win against Penn State Behrend, Stang set the program mark in assists with 50 while also tallying a pair of kills and five digs. In a pair of wins against Potsdam and UC Santa Cruz on Friday, Stang compiled 91 assists, seven digs, and a pair of kills including the game-winning kill against UC Santa Cruz in a five-set thriller.
