Pezdek had a stellar first week of her collegiate pitching career, compiling a 2-1 record with a 1.11 earned run average and 19 strikeouts across 25.1 innings with three complete games last week at THE Spring Games. Opposing hitters batted just .189 against Pezdek for the week. At the plate, Pezdek tallied seven hits and six RBIs.
