Hurley, a sophomore childhood education major, had a great week for Buffalo State, hitting .444 (8-for-18) with two doubles, a home run, six RBIs, and scoring five runs for the Bengals in a 4-2 week. She also had a perfect fielding percentage in centerfield, making 10 putouts on 10 chances. The sophomore went 2-for-3 with a double and a homer and two runs driven in in a victory over Oswego on Friday afternoon, then followed it up with two more hits, two RBIs, and a run scored in the night cap. In two games on Saturday against Cortland, Hurley went 2-for-5 with a double and a run scored and went 2-for-6 with two RBIs and a run scored in a doubleheader sweep of Nazareth in non-conference action on Sunday.
