Sawyer, a sophomore psychology major, also had a dominant weekend as she defended her conference titles in both the 100 and 400-meter hurdles and anchored the winning 4x400-meter relay. Sawyer crossed the line first in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.77 seconds as she broke her own school record while also setting a new SUNYAC record. Her time of 1:00.56 in the 400-meter hurdles was the fastest in the field by over five seconds and her anchor split in the relay of 54.25 seconds was the fastest split by three seconds. Sawyer currently holds the top time in the AARTFC Region in both hurdles while also sitting third in the 100-meter hurdles and second in the 400-meter hurdles in the country.
