Shaffer, a junior speech pathology major, assisted her way through two tough battles of the remaining unbeaten teams in the SUNYAC. Friday night, the Bengals battled the SUNY Morrisville Mustangs, which Shaffer led the team with 27 assists in route to a 3-0 sweep of the Mustangs. On Saturday, Shaffer provided 23 assists for the Bengals in their effort against the Cortland Red Dragons.
