Laster, a senior Africana studies major, led the Bengal women at the Youngstown State Invite earning the win in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.65 seconds. Laster later went on to finish sixth in the 200-meter dash (25.38 seconds) and fifth in the long jump (5.56 meters). She currently sits seventh in the nation in the 60-meter and fifth in the long jump while also sitting first in both events as well as the 200-meter in the SUNYAC.
