Mergler was a triple-winner and set a pair of Kissinger Pool records in a dual meet against Potsdam on Saturday.  The sophomore set new pool bests in the 100 and 200 freestyle events, winning both races, clocking 54.47 and 2:00.38 respectively.  She also swam the lead-off leg of the winning 200-free relay that posted a time of 1:46.76.
