Monday – Thursday, 8am – 10pm

Friday, 8am – 9 pm

Saturday & Sunday, 10am – 4pm

Fitness Classes (All held in the Dance Studio – HOUS 125):

Yoga by Heal BFLO:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30pm – 7:30pm
  • Saturdays, 12pm – 1pm

Fitness Classes by Every Body Plus:

Mondays:

  • Mat Pilates: 10:30am – 11:30am
  • Stretch, Mindfulness & Mobility: 12pm – 1pm

Tuesdays:

  • Arms Abs Assets Bootcamp: 10:30am – 11:30am
  • Zumba: 12pm – 1pm

Wednesdays:

  • Barre & Pilates Fusion: 12pm – 1pm
