Monday – Thursday, 8am – 10pm
Friday, 8am – 9 pm
Saturday & Sunday, 10am – 4pm
Fitness Classes (All held in the Dance Studio – HOUS 125):
Yoga by Heal BFLO:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30pm – 7:30pm
- Saturdays, 12pm – 1pm
Fitness Classes by Every Body Plus:
Mondays:
- Mat Pilates: 10:30am – 11:30am
- Stretch, Mindfulness & Mobility: 12pm – 1pm
Tuesdays:
- Arms Abs Assets Bootcamp: 10:30am – 11:30am
- Zumba: 12pm – 1pm
Wednesdays:
- Barre & Pilates Fusion: 12pm – 1pm
