BUFFALO, NY—Buffalo State (8-14) completed the season sweep of Medaille, defeating the Mavericks for the second time in the past two weeks, winning in four sets, 25-15, 25-18, 19-25 and 25-20, tonight at the Sullivan Center. 

With the win, Buffalo State surpassed its win total of seven from all of last season.

Katie Sember (Buffalo/Kenmore West) led the Bengals' offense with nine kills. Paige Ottaviano (Pt. Colborne/Lakeshore Catholic) set 35 assists, and Maria Schaffstall (Elma/Iroquois) added 16 digs.

Buffalo State will travel to Keuka for a tri-match this Saturday.
