OSWEGO, NY—Buffalo State (4-10/0-1) dropped its conference opener to Brockport, 25-12, 25-15 and 25-19, in the opening day of SUNYAC Pool Play today at Oswego.

Katie Sember (Buffalo/Kenmore West) paced the Bengals' offense with six kills. Paige Ottaviano (Pt. Colborne/Lakeshore Catholic) had 15 assists, and Natalie Gregory (Elma/Iroquois) added six digs.

Buffalo State will play Fredonia and Oswego tomorrow.
