PLATTSBURGH, NY—Buffalo State (9-8/6-3) pushed its winning streak to five and picked up its ninth win in 11 games, defeating at Plattsburgh (5-12/3-6), 79-75, in a SUNYAC battle tonight at Memorial Hall.

James Tyndal (Bronx/Msgr. Scanlon) led Buffalo State with 22 points and five assists. Jamar Gray (Rochester/Bishop Kearney) netted 14 points, and Antonio Speed (Buffalo/East) had 11 points, nine rebounds and four blocks.

Buffalo State raced out to a 22-5 lead and never looked back. The Bengals shot 54-percent for the game and had a 51-39 advantage on the glass.

Buffalo State will travel to Morrisville State tomorrow for a 4 p.m. contest.
