BUFFALO, N.Y—
Jamar Gray (Rochester/Bishop Kearney) scored a game-high 27 points and grabbed seven boards to lead Buffalo State (2-7) to a 77-67 win over visiting Hobart (3-8) in a non-conference game tonight at the Sports Arena.
#A.J. White# (Rochester/Bishop Kearney) added 16 points and two steals.
Antonio Samedi (St. Albans/Queens Vocational) and
James Tyndal (Bronx/Msgr. Scanlon) finished with 13 and 10, respectively.
Hobart held a slim 35-32 advantage at the intermission and was up by as many as 10 in the second half before the Bengals tied things at the 8:56 mark of the second stanza and managed to complete the comeback.
Buffalo State returns to SUNYAC play this weekend with a pair of conference games against Potsdam and Plattsburgh on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
