BUFFALO, NY—RIT (7-4-3) and Buffalo State (2-10) tangled in a confrontational affair today at Coyer Field that saw a combined 46 fouls and seven yellow cards, and ended with the visiting Tigers claiming a 2-0 victory.

RIT netted goals in the 27th and 74th minutes and outshot Buffalo State, 24-7. Brian Dudek (Niskayuna/Cheshire Academy) made eight saves for the Bengals in the loss.

Buffalo State return to SUNYAC play on Friday at home against Plattsburgh at 3 p.m.
