MANCHESTER, N.H.—Trevor McKinney (Oakwood, ON/Sinclair) scored for Buffalo State (6-5-2), but host St. Anselm (5-3-2) netted a late goal to forge a 1-1 tie in a non-conference game tonight at Sullivan Arena.

After a scoreless first period, McKinney opened the scoring for Buffalo State 3:59 into the second period with assists from Anthony Orange (Plainfield, IL/Plainfield South) and Justin Knee (Centralia, ON/South Huron).  St. Anselm evened the score at 1-1 with the net empty in favor of an extra attacker with just 1:05 remaining in regulation.

Buffalo State outshot the Hawks, 34-32.  Kevin Carr (Unionville, ON/Unionville) made 31 saves for the Bengals.

Buffalo State will visit New England College tomorrow for a 3 p.m. faceoff.
