BUFFALO, NY— Sam Parente (E. Patchogue/Bellport) had 11 kills, but it was not enough as Buffalo State (19-7) dropped a three-set match at Medaille (11-12) tonight, 19-25, 16-25 and 23-25.

Kelsey Bashore (Antwerp, OH/Antwerp) had 24 assists and 13 digs.  Chelsea Moore (Kenmore/Kenmore West) added 14 digs, and Sara Horvath (Blasdell/Immaculata) had five kills and 13 digs.

Buffalo State will return to SUNYAC Pool Play this Friday at Fredonia and will open with the host Blue Devils at 6 p.m.
