Box Score MIAMI, Fla.— Jake Simmons (Rochester/School of the Arts) netted 27 points and Buffalo State (7-2) rolled to its third-consecutive win, defeating Coe (5-4), 83-67, today in the Adidas Holiday Slam at Florida Christian School.

Roderick Epps (Uniondale/Uniondale) was the only other Bengal scoring in double-figures with 17 points.  Buffalo State shot 14 of 29 from 3-point range, outscoring the Kohawks 42-15 from long range.  Both teams shot 47-percent from the field, while Coe held a 40-37 rebounding edge.

Buffalo State will next play on Jan. 11 in a SUNYAC game at Cortland.
