Box Score FROSTBURG, Md.—Host Frostburg (1-0) netted three first-half goals and cruised past Buffalo State (0-1), 3-0, in tonight's season opener. 

The Bobcats controlled play from the opening whistle, and netted goals in the eighth, 23rd and 32nd minutes before coasting to the 3-0 victory. 

Frostburg outshot the Bengals, 16-2, and had a 7-0 advantage in corner kicks.  Ben Spilman (Queensbury/Glens Falls) made four saves in goal for the Bengals.

Buffalo State will play St. Vincent in the consolation game of the Frostburg Tournament tomorrow at 1 p.m.
