Buffalo State enters this Saturday's game at Wisconsin-Whitewater at 1-1 after a record-setting offensive performance in the opener against Cortland and a road loss at Brockport last week.   Whitewater earned a 34-0 win over Washington University in St. Louis in its only game of the season on August 31.  Whitewater, No. 1 in the nation, is the three time defending Stagg Bowl champion coming off of a 15-0 season and a 46-game win streak, the longest active winning streak on all levels of college football and the fourth longest winning streak in NCAA history on any level. Whitewater is the defending Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference champions, winning the title for seven consecutive years.  This is the first ever meeting between the two schools.
