Box Score FREDONIA, NY— Penn State Behrend (3-1) prevailed over Buffalo State (0-4), winning the Fredonia Classic with a 1-0 overtime victory today, despite being outshot 15-10.

Buffalo State controlled play for much of the first half, outshooting in the Lions 10-3, but the game was scoreless at the break.  After another scoreless period, Penn State Behrend finally ended the contest in the 96th minute.

Ben Spilman (Queensbury/Glens Falls) made two saves for Buffalo State.

Buffalo State will search for its first win of the season on Wednesday when it makes the short trip to battle D'Youville at Riverside High School at 7 p.m.
