Buffalo State will open the 2013 season against Cortland for the third consecutive season. The Bengals are 10-19 all-time against the Red Dragons, and this game will mark the 30th consecutive year that the schools have met in the regular season. Last season, Buffalo state passed for a school-record 579 yards against Cortland en route to a 49-31 victory. Before last season, Cortland had won six consecutive games against Buffalo State from 2006-2011.
