Buffalo State is 3-1 overall and 1-1 in Empire 8 play after earning its first-ever victory over Salisbury in seven tries, 32-28, a week ago.  Frostburg State is 2-2 overall, but 0-2 in conference play after falling to Utica and St. John Fisher in past two weeks.  The Bengals and Bobcats will kick off at 1 p.m. this Saturday in Frostburg, Md.
