Buffalo State and Alfred each enter Saturday's Empire 8 opener with matching 2-0 records.  The Bengals have piled up 111 points in a pair of wins over Cortland and Manchester, and the Saxons cruised past Husson and held on to defeat RPI last week.  Alfred has defeated the Bengals in each of the past two seasons, including a wild 39-33 double-overtime victory last season.
