Justine Silva (Baldwin Park, CA/Arroyo) did the rest, stopping all 27 shots to backstop the host Bengals to a 2-0 victory over Oswego to complete the weekend sweep in an ECAC West game this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED- Viivi Vaattovaara (Veikkola, Finland) opened the scoring for Buffalo State with her first goal of the season midway through the first period with assists from Brooke Krantz (Penticton, BC/Penticton) and Erin Gehen (West Seneca, NY/W. Seneca West).
- Nikki Kirchberger (Buffalo, NY/W. Seneca West) gave the Bengals a two-goal lead with 48 seconds left in the first period with her ninth goal of the season with Megan Reukauf (Depew, NY/Lancaster) and Vaattovaara.
- Buffalo State killed off all five Oswego power-play opportunities.
- Oswego held a narrow 27-24 advantage in shots on goal.
FOR THE FOES- Tori Trovato finished with 22 saves in goal for the Lakers.
