BROCKPORT, N.Y.—Brockport finished 28 of 32 at the free throw line and shot 44 percent from the field for the game en route to a 75-65 victory over visiting Buffalo State this evening in a SUNYAC contest.

HOW IT HAPPENED- Britt Perry (Buffalo/Hutch Tech) paced four Bengals scoring in double figures with 14 points to go with three assists and three steals.
- Keyonte Edwards (Buffalo/O'Hara) posted a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds, while adding three steals, and Clarisa Matias (Buffalo/Holy Angels) also scored 13.
- Freshman Aaliyah Graham (Huntington/Elwood-John Glenn) netted a career-best 10 points off the bench.
- Brockport scored the game's first six points and never trailed. The Golden Eagles led 15-12 after the first quarter and pushed the lead to 35-25 at the intermission.
- Buffalo State opened the second half with an 11-2 run to cut the deficit to one, but Brockport scored the next nine points to restore the double-digit advantage.
- The Golden Eagles pushed the lead to as many as 13 in the fourth quarter before claiming the 10-point win.
- Buffalo State was also efficient at the free throw line, connecting on 88 percent, but made fewer trips, being outscored 28-14 at the line.
- The Bengals shot just 26 percent from the field and were just 4 of 21 from 3-point range.
- Buffalo State took care of the ball, committing just 12 turnovers, compared to 21 by Brockport.
FOR THE FOES- Olivia Suhr led Brockport with 23 points, 13 rebounds and eight blocks.
- Hannah Spencer added 16 points, including going 12 of 12 at the charity stripe.
- Faith Welch netted 14 points, and Hannah Rehbaum added 10 points and nine boards.
