Alanna Herne (Tonawanda/Tonawanda) tallied 10 points to lead Buffalo State to a 20-3 victory over visiting SUNY Canton in today's season finale at Coyer Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
	- Herne netted four goals and added six assists to lead the Bengals' attack, while senior Sarah Lorusso (Lakeview/Frontier) scored five goals and added two assists.
 
	- Christina Krowel (Amsterdam/Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) also scored five goals for the Bengals.
 
	- Morgan Hogue (Painted Post/Corning) added two goals and an assist, while Cassie Saint-Vil (Middletown/Middletown), Abigail Tolley (Amherst/Clarence) and Kyra Thompson (Massena/Salmon River) also scored.
 
	- Senior defender Biss Privitera (Angola/Lake Shore) also scored her first goal of the season and second of her career to celebrate "Senior Day."
 
	- The Bengals jumped out of the gates with a 7-0 lead and never looked back.
 
	- Buffalo State forced 24 Canton turnovers and had a 27-16 advantage in ground balls.
 
	- Elyse Stark (Lido Beach/Long Beach) allowed two goals and made eight saves in the first half, and Megan Doyle (Palmyra/Palmyra-Macedon) had two saves, allowing one goal in the second half.
 
 
FOR THE FOES
	- Hannah Christiansen scored twice for Canton, and Robyn Carroll added a single marker.
